Great customer service!
Had to get my rear bumper replaced because someone hit me from behind last month. It wasn't bad but since it was a new car I wanted to make sure nothing else was messed up in the back. Brought my car to Stokes Mazda Collison center. Mr. Randy Tozier, the manager, was really nice and helpful. They were pretty busy but they got the job done . It only took them two days to replace the bumper.The really cool thing is that they also cleaned the car inside and outside. My car looked brand spanking new.I was happy with the service and work and recommend them to anyone who needs work on their vehicle.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the amazing service I got from here! I drove from Hilton Head and was treating wonderfully. Whitt was great and the woman (can't remember her name) was so nice and helpful. India was so personable on the phone as well. I will drive that far again to get that kind of service. The Mazda dealership in Savannah should take some lessons!!!E. Pheiffer

Oil change was scheduled and took place in just under an hour. Very pleased with the service we receive(d) at Stokes.
When I called Stokes Mazda to inquire about the dashboard separation problem I was told that it was not covered under warranty. I called Mazda customer service and was informed that indeed it was covered. That's a little disturbing.
