I originally had a hiccup with a service regarding the transmission. In the end, the transmission was resolved along with all of my other problems. Ed Seyle, the general manager, helped me with any complications and was extremely friendly. He resolved the issue very quickly and made the service a pleasant experience, even compensated me for my time. This dealership took appropriate actions and mitigations to resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future services. If you have the chance, work with Whit, one of the service representatives. He is awesome and definitely deserves some recognition as well as Ed. The car buying experience here was good. In the end, they were able to meet my needs and give me a price I could afford through their financing with a great interest rate! I was able to take the car for a pretty decent test drive also. Go in with a reasonable expectation of what you want and the sales team will most likely come to an agreement. If you ever have any issues at this dealership, Ed Seyle will definitely make sure you are situated and the problem is resolved. Highly recommend!
Loved my experience! Mark- was super helpful and nice. He answered all my questions about cars effectively and in a timely manner. Craig, dealt with my financing and he was also really helpful and professional. I was going to get a Jetta to be honest but because the customer service at Mazda was so awesome, I chose to stick with them and I love my car! I had to replace a wheel-well molding which broke off when we drove over a semi truck tire tread. The folks at the Collision Center evaluated the molding and confirmed all that was needed was to replace the part. When putting it on turned out to be a bit more than I could handle, Randy graciously took it back to the shop, installed it and brought it back to me at the service waiting room. All done with a smile and no charge for the installation. The folks at the service and parts department were very friendly as well, carrying the big box to my car for me and helping me to find the Collision Center. All in all, a very good experience.
Service is awesome. The staff is outstanding and my cx9 grand touring is the best car I have ever owned.
